Iron Queen (Iron Fey #3) by Julie Kagawa

4 1/2 Stars

The "New York Times" Bestseller My name is Meghan Chase.

I thought it was over. That my time with the fey, the impossible choices I had to make, the sacrifices of those I loved, was behind me. But a storm is approaching, an army of Iron fey that will drag me back, kicking and screaming. Drag me away from the banished prince who's sworn to stand by my side. Drag me into the core of conflict so powerful, I'm not sure anyone can survive it.

This time, there will be no turning back.

Julie Kagawa brought back her very charming characters in the third book of the Iron Fey series. Meghan was even stronger and more independent than ever. Meghan has such a beautiful personality that people can relate to and fall in love with her. Ash, well, he continues to be the grogeuous, heart melting, Winter Prince that you grow accostomed to. And Puck with his sarcastic trickster talents that makes him up. And in this story, the all face a new enemy that you would least expect as an enemy. Such a wondeful addition that you should be required to read. Love it!

Happy Reading!!

Opal (Lux #3) by Jennifer L. Armentrout

5 Stars!!

No one is like Daemon Black.

When he set out to prove his feelings for me, he wasn’t fooling around. Doubting him isn’t something I’ll do again, and now that we’ve made it through the rough patches, well... There’s a lot of spontaneous combustion going on.

But even he can’t protect his family from the danger of trying to free those they love.

After everything, I’m no longer the same Katy. I’m different... And I’m not sure what that will mean in the end. When each step we take in discovering the truth puts us in the path of the secret organization responsible for torturing and testing hybrids, the more I realize there is no end to what I’m capable of. The death of someone close still lingers, help comes from the most unlikely source, and friends will become the deadliest of enemies, but we won’t turn back. Even if the outcome will shatter our worlds forever.

Together we’re stronger... and they know it.

Wow. Wow. Wow. Jennifer Armentrout did it again! She started this addition to the Lux series right where it left off in Onyx. Instead of it being corny though, she wrote this story to be PERFECT. Daemon was even more charming (I know, who thought that was possible) and Katy continued to be her sarcastic and adorable self that you can't help but love. And who doesn't love that she is a book blogger like us! My only complaint is that the next book, Origin, is way too far away after that cliff hanger!!

News flash: Origin will be in both POV's of Katy and Daemon. AHHH!!!

Happy Reading!!
